Blessed to work with one of the most amazing realtors in all of DFW! I found Lynda Roundtree to be the consumate professional in the way she approached the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new home.

Lynda was easy to work with and her advice was reasoned, researched and, most importantly, accurate! Lynda brought together her team to stage and photograph our home and it made all the difference in us getting our asking price. She helped us with setting the correct asking price and working through negotiations with the multiple offers we received. We received offers when others in the neighborhood didn’t receive any offers.

She was also amazing in negotiating with the seller of our new home to make sure our issues were addressed and resolved in our favor.

This is the second time we’ve utilized Lynda’s services in the sale and purchase of a home and, if anything, she’s just improved with time. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

We used Lynda Roundtree as our realtor to purchase a home for my parents. We were looking in a specific area and needed to stay below a certain price which was a little challenging.
